| Thank you Ashley for getting me the tree first off ^^ Here's the finished product. Took way longer than it should have because I had to cut up this ribbon into small pieces and let's just say I suck at cutting precisely ^^;( Pics! ) | |

| I hate double posting but as much as I was happy this morning, this from a tohosomnia post just now killed me: Jejung's reply to this: "This report has no evidence, and we've never met before, and i do not have the heart to date anyone at the moment." T_T baby.......... Man this lawsuit is such a roller coaster I swear. (The music is a coincidence I swear! I was really just listening to that at the moment I decided to post XD) - Tags:dbsk

| I was totally freaking out last night over their performances because they did not look happy. But then I saw Ashley's post and this picture Min's smile says it all for me. And they got the Gold Artist Award this year so I'm just kind of happy now. Obviously we are not out of the woods but this makes the woods seem a lot brighter no? ^_^ | |

| This is not about the guys, not really anyway. I just watched MAMA, all of it I mean, red carpet and all. Either I'm blowing things out of proportion or NOBODY looked happy in the beginning. I mean the offbeat people that we never hear about that won were happy but besides that. Seriously some of them didn't even smile when they heard their names called/when they were on stage, (BEG this is you!) and I was so confused. Dunno. I liked watching AKB48 simply because there are so many Koreans now trying to break into Japan it was only fair to have a Japanese one in Korea XD Besides that, the setup was really stupid. The place where the awards were given was facing AWAY from the audience and even the performers had to crane their necks to see what was going on. There were a lot of other minor glitches too. And I was TOTALLY not ready to see the guys. They completely surprised me. You don't see them the entire 1 hour and 30 minutes prior and then BAM there they are. Then they're gone again. I cried as soon as they first appeared and outright sobbed when JJ spoke this time. It was so much worse than when I just saw the subbed one. With context the impact of it only being 3 is sooooooooo much greater. There was someone with a Bigeast towel and a few people with miduhyo written on papers that they illuminated with red glowsticks in the audience that I thought was really cool ^^ | |

| Today is supposed to be my work day and I swear I'll be getting right to the crapload of stuff I have to do after I finish this. With everything that's been going on lately I decided to take the time to rediscover the boys. I was not a fan until like February 2007 so I missed out on a lot. So far I've download half of what they did in 2004 and watched a bit of it and now I'm watching the Rising Sun concert. It is amazingly therapeutic seeing all five of them together onstage, Min looking so nervous and darting his eyes around everywhere, Chun with his awesome hair at that time and adorable smile, Su getting frustrated for messing up a note, Jae in Whatever they Say pointing at Su to do his note before finishing, Yun with all his random dance moves and looking so at home on stage. It's just amazing to see especially after watching Tokyo Dome recently to see how much they have grown and changed in just 4 short years. The only things that haven't changed are that they are still as amazing at singing and dancing and they still look just as overjoyed to be on stage as they did the very first time. And that is definitely something I needed to see with all this doubt spreading about how they may no longer be together -may no longer WANT to be together-to see that their love of the stage hasn't changed. So now if there's one thing I can believe in throughout the rest of this, it's that these five amazing boys-men now really-love what they do, they love to be on stage, and most of all they love us, their dedicated fans. Aaaaaand that turned out way sappier than intended but I guess they just bring out the soft spot in me ^___^ | |

| First, Shelter. Love that song because it's awesome, hate it because there is an obvious lack of 3 other voices. So, I've been torturing myself listening to it for the past week on repeat XD There is one thing that completely irritates me as a former musician that somewhat understands composition. At the end of Shelter, Jae's ending note is a 3rd higher than it should be. He did not properly resolve his progression and it incredibly irritates me. One measly 3rd and it would have been fine! Sometimes it's okay to not end at this particular spot (I'm fairly certain it would correspond to the 1st degree of the scale for the key he's using, the place I want him to end) but in this case, the options he had to not end there and still sound good he didn't take. It's not even that it's ugly but unresolved and everytime I finish it for him because it bothers me so much XD
Other thing, ever since I saw the JaeMin couple talk on AADBSK3, I've wondered what it would look like for JJ to break down and assault Min camera or no camera since he had been provoked too far. However I didn't realize that we'd already seen that. This clip from BEFM3 backstage
Jae is quite noticeably actually upset but plays it off as being playful. I really just wonder what Min did to piss him off so bad XD

| As much as I still love the guys (except "Junsu" because that's not him) I just can't support their new album fully. ESPECIALLY not heartbeat. I didn't like the song to begin with but I just watched the MV and.....WTF. I don't even know what's going on with it. They look and act like zombies through a good portion, the dancing has reached WTF levels I didn't even know EXISTED and just, blargh. Maybe a second watch at a later date will endear it to me but right now just no. Here's the MV to know what I'm talking about.
That being said, I do love Tired of Waiting, Gimme the Light and Back 2U so it's not all bad. I guess it's mostly because they aren't my style of music to begin with and I've never been a huge fan of their vocals. Some of those boys can really sing, but some of them can't and I think that's part of why I will never love them for only their music. Does that make me a bad person, more than likely but I can't help it.

| So this weekend, I had a migraine from Thursday to Saturday which basically means the only thing I can/want to do is watch movies, dramas, etc. So I decided to go through the list that I have and watched Cain and Abel, all 20 episodes. To be fair, I skipped a good percentage of them because it had a loooot of meaningless sap and romance but it still was quite a job lol. So Ji Sub is the main character and can I just say that he is FINE like seriously. It's ridiculous. He looks like a cross between Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Bum. The plot started out great but slowly degenerated until it was one big mess that they finished up much too fast, people were forgiven for the dumbest of reasons, etc, However, if you're bored, I'd totally recommend it. It was pretty good but I'd never watch it again.
After that, today HTTG finally updated so I watched all three new episodes. First of all, his haircut. Can I get a big 'yeah right'? There is NO WAY on this earth that Jung Yunho is getting his hair done by anyone other than their regular stylist. It cracked me up to see them fake it though. Also, some of the soccer scenes...If you don't/have never played soccer or don't have an avid interest in it, it probably looked fine. However, some of those scenes, especially the goal scenes were WAY too easy. I mean the goalie actually jumped OUT of the way for one of them XD However, I understand that showing how a goal would usually be scored would take WAY too long and so a lot was cut. Besides that I think the drama has really come around. It started getting better sometime around 7 I think but now I really definitively, am going to keep this to rewatch it, like it. I wish other people could see this, especially the fans that all say, "Well I watched the first few episodes but just couldn't do it'" and now refuse to believe it might be good *sigh*

| Since GOESS (god bless them for all they sub) is taking forever and 10 days to sub HTTG and I really can't watch it unsubbed, I decided to start IRIS. I have to say that so far it's pretty awesome. The main character is played by Lee Byunghyun and while I don't really drool over him, he has a FINE body. The main female lead is awesome too. My only major beef is that sometimes the cameraman has Parkinson's and that makes it rather difficult to watch. Other than that, TOP just entered in the 2nd episode and I kind of hate him so we'll see how that works out XD Hopefully the awesome that is Lee will overcome the TOPness for me since the fight scenes and such so far have been really cool despite the camera's ADD. | |

| I finally have the entire set for their autographs!!!! Actually, my Jae came last week but I just finally got a picture frame. It makes me really happy to see them altogether ^_^ The pic is crappy but I even used my mom's super awesome one and this was the best I could get ^^;; You can't see Yoochun's at all but I swear it's there! I tried getting a better pic of each but failed *sigh* So my computer has been having problems for the past several months and just lately it has gotten worse. I had some adware and a couple really bad viruses, it takes forever to start up, it won't update, and my DVD drive died. So I removed the bad stuff but the damage was already done and that caused a lot more problems. It still won't start up faster than 5 minutes, it still won't update, the DVD drive is still gone, and now my internet refuses to save my passwords. I have to relogin to EVERYTHING every time I close Mozilla. It's beyond annoying. I think it has something to do with the fact that yesterday it crashed (it shut off for no reason and when it restarted it said 'Operating System Not Found') for the second time and I had to system restore it again. So luckily, I have everything off of here and on my harddrive which thankfully did not get infected and I saved all my internet bookmarks. All I need is for my new laptop that I ordered Thursday to get to me and I'll be peachy ^_^ Lastly, Andrew has apparently been using my morning facewash as soap. He claims it makes his hands smell good (it does smell good so he's got me there). But he just could not understand that it. is. not. soap. I explained several times and he never got it *sigh* Silly child. This was kinda long and very random but I haven't posted for awhile and felt like sharing a few major things ^^ | |
